Richard has provided heating and air services for us at 2 houses over a period of 10 years. As older adults, we appreciate his being one of the most honest and caring professionals we have ever known. Last year, when we were considering purchasing a 10 year old house with an abysmal HVAC system, Richard was very influential in helping us negotiate a financial arrangement with the seller that was mutually acceptable to both parties. In fact, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism in communicating with sellers and the HVAC company that serviced the defective HVAC system that existed in the house. Soon after we purchased the house, we had Abrams Heating and Air replace the entire system and find the new system superior to any we had in the past.

RICHARD IS THE BEST, SERVICE, HONESTY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE CONTRACT. VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICE. ALWAYS ON TIME ,CLEANS UP AFTER SERVICE. PUTS MAT DOWN BEFORE ENTERING YOUR HOME WITH COVERS ON SHOES. WISH ALL SERVICE PEOPLE COULD BE LIKE ABRAMS.
