After our A/C kept blowing the circuit breaker, we figured it might be time to replace old trusty rusty. Off to Home Depot to see what our options were. Fast forward to a salesperson - who was very nice and answered all my questions except ‘how am I going to pay for a $23,000.00 system?’.A quick phone call to Abrams and shortly after, we had the unit up and running and cooling perfectly…. for $200.Richard was professional and courteous, helped us with what we really needed- and if Trusty Rusty goes in the fritz again, Abrams will be our choice- hands down. Thank you very much Abrams Heating and Air!!

Richard Abrams came out to my house on time, and was thoroughly professional. I was given a range of estimates to choose from. From a budget system, to the most modern and efficient available HVAC systems in the market today. I was impressed!

I will update this review if something changes but as of now, I’m not impressed. We were told that someone would be on-site to check our HVAC first thing in the morning, around 9am. It is now past 11 and not only has no one showed, we also haven’t been able to get a response via text or phone. We called this company because of all of the great reviews pertaining to punctuality and responsiveness but sadly, that has not been our experience. A 16 month old in an 85 degree house is not fun for anyone.

It has been 8 yrs since Richard installed my heating & air unit and it is still running great. I just had him come check out the furnace before the arctic blast arrives and he said all looked great still. I am very thankful he is an honest businessman.

AC wouldn’t blow cool air - I Googled HVAC near me, contacted Richard from Abrams and he responded quickly via text (on a Sunday!) and came out to do the repair. He was very professional and got the problem fixed quickly. Definitely call this company if you need HVAC repair or service, they are now my go-to for any HVAC issues.

My ac went out on a Sunday night and by Monday evening it was fixed thanks to Richard. Communicated when he would be at the house and was very efficient. I just bought my house and he will be my go to for all my heating and air needs. Can’t recommend more.

Did a great job repairing my AC. Went out last night, I called and arrived next day. I thought that I would need a new AC unit but was repaired with one replacement part. He also showed me the details for my other units since we just moved in. Thumbs up!!!!

Richard Abrams has been the only HVAC service I have used for 20 years. I wouldn’t use anyone else. He has installed and maintained my systems since my home was built. Recent he installed HEPA filters for more efficiency and better air quality. He responds in a timely manner and is always an absolute professional. You can not go wrong with Abrams Heat and Air!

Took care of the installation quickly and professionally. No big mess made and what little was left was cleaned up. The system works great and is far more energy efficient than our old furnace and window units.Explained the features of the system including showing how it can be controlled from our phones. 100% recommended for anyone needing a new system or even a service.

There is never a good time for your AC to die, but when temperatures are still in the 90s and you have a 2 week infant at home, you call a company you know, trust & respect. Everyone at Abrams HVAC is amazing! Richard has been to my house several times to work on our units. We purchased a new a/c last year, and it has been working wonderfully! His employees are awesome, helpful, and respectful. With Abrams you're not just getting a company that treats you like a number. There's a family behind it who cares that you have what you need when you need it. I never have to worry that something will be missed. Richard replaced our AC unit when we moved into our first home. Our old unit was not very efficient and our bills just kept climbing. The new unit is so much more efficient and our bills so much less! Over the years we forgot to maintenance the unit, so we gave Richard a call when it started acting up. He came out in a reasonable time and really went above and beyond to get it back up to peak order. I highly recommend Abrams Heating and Air!
